Not a bad idea. Could put songs in the programme or something anyway and have the pre-game singers get it started or something.

It's very disappointing that only a couple turned up to the meeting at Central Park Offices. I'd like to have come, but at such short notice a trek up the M6 wasn't realistic.
However, to get to the subject.
1. Back in the old days at Central Park (the real one) we used to have a notice board that said things like "oh you devil" when someone was sin-binned. Yes, it's silly fun, but it is fun. So more comments on the score board please.
2. We used to have a very noisy group up in the South Stand who called themselves the "Brigantes". I liked the noise and colour they brought. Unfortunately their behaviour turned into football stile off the field aggression. I applaud the club's action on such behaviour, but don't think their banners were the problem. We should have some areas of the stand where they are allowed. And drums, and trumpets.
3. A second score board and possibly a TV screen would be great.
4. The PA system is poor, and while I wish no ill on Stuart, he speaks too fast and too mumbly. Better clarity on both counts would help.
5. Bums on seats always help. I could think of umpteen ways of encouraging more to come, such as free under 10 with an adult, a number free to local Rugby League Clubs, free entry for the first 100 to turn up at each stand etc.
On this however I must disagree with many bloggers above. It's really not expensive to come to a game. It's a lot dearer to get to football, and we have the advantage in RL that we actually get entertained by what we watch - even this season!

We won't lack for atmosphere on Friday. And that's the point. We care about this game. But the 10,000 more than normal don't go the extra mile for the other games. Pity their loss, but let's all encourage more friends and acquaintances to come along.
