Don’t like resting players never have I’ll say this if I had to choose between grand final and Wembley grand final every day and twice on Sunday

Bad coaching form Peet IMO. Marshall should have been off at the first sign of a niggle. Who cares if a forward goes to centre. French should have been off at HT even if peet wanted to play him, and protect our goal kicking surely. IMO French and Smith shouldn't have even been considered to start this meaningless match.

We can quite rightly blame the match review panel on many dodgy decisions but that’s a red all day long and a long ban to come. Stupid and totally unnecessary. His Goal kicking has been exceptional and that could be the difference next week.
That’s a straight red in this era,1990s era 1979s etc just a bloody stupid tackle
I thought yellow, mitigating factors, player was falling.
But he chose to lead with the shoulder hence straight red simple as that no mitigating circumstances at all he could have pulled out/jumped over hence red card all day long.

There are only so many changes you can make though. We aren't blessed with centres ready for first team rugby and the choice was to rest Wardle and I think on balance that's the right option.

Loo with respect mate commentators aren’t running the game they’re just calling what they see no influence on the game at all and let’s be fair isn’t it the law when Jon Wilkin is on the team the mute button demands to be pressed

Regardless of who played today and who was rested, this has not been good enough from Wigan. They look like a team thinking of next week and that always dangerous in any sport. Game should have been won a long time ago.
