personally i dont think nobby should go, he said in the paper, ' i am a clever man, they havnt sed anything to me yet and i know where it is heading ' to be completely honest i think its tight that I.L aint told him yet, only reason he aint is because if they cant find a new coach I.L will ask nobby to stay whereas i think if we go to final and win it and I.L asks him to stay i would tell him where to go!!

It's a direct quote in the press, not unattributed press speculation that says he has not been told. If that is not true then he is a liar and I do not believe he is.

I wish Noble would sign on the dotted line for another club and it be announced and thus force IL's hand.

The stupid thing is with Noble making this comment and the complete silence from IL, he will start to get the sympathy vote (not unreasonably either) from many fans would actually like to see him gone and what's more it paints IL in a bad light.

I want a new coach but the way the club has handled this is terrible IMO both from the point of view of how they have dealt with Noble and how it damages the reputation of the club.

I feel that the way that the coaching staff have been treated has been despicable, and it mirrors exactly the way that Mickey Higham & Mark Calderwood were treated last season.

Doesn't say very much for the integrity of our owner

Celtic will say a new coach will be announced shortly then a week after our season is over whether its in the first week of the playoffs or the grand final wigan will hopefuly come out and make a statement on Nobles future and THEN the crazyness starts

what about if, as well as promoting players from the academy,I L is going to do the same with the coaching staff ???

Lenigan is a tit, he has shown his true colours over Nobby, what coach would want to come in and work under him and his intereferance. I think he has done more damage to Wigan than anyone else and the sooner he sells the club back to DW the better!! At least he let the coach coach the team.

I was told today that Nobby and Vievers are going, S. Wane is taking a bigger role and so is Rads. Hope that doesn't mean Josh Vievers goes as well.
We've got some good players (even if we do get fed up with some of them) and some top youngsters. All we really need is a world class coach.

A bit over the top there mate IL has invested his millions into buying the club have you got evidence that IL is interfering with coaching?????????how has he done more damage to to Wigan when he has completly restructored the contracts of the up and coming players .I would say the opposite regarding coaching as he wants the young players to play for Wigan under Noble this has not happened unless forced to by injuries.As regards to Nobles contract someone is telling porkies if Noble has already signed for Celtic Crusaders.
