Happy for the win but HKR don’t get those sin binnings they win that game. Willie peters has made them one good oiled machine. They keep playing like that, they’ve got a good chance of winning it
Come on Barney, that’s like saying if we don’t drop the ball and give away penalties then we win easily. Our forwards dominated their pack.
Our pack was immense your right and over the moon for win but our half back combination just isn’t working for me and it’s a worry.
My point being I’m not sure we score them tries playing against 13 men.

I know what you’re saying.
Smith needs to step up for me, be more vocal, be more organised, run and manage the game.
You can leave French to be a traditional 6, a bit more off the cuff, dip in and out etc.

Good hard win and we definately upped the anti as we looked leggy with 30 mins left. Some good honest comments on here .I agree with the poster who said we are just coming into form as french/ field are just getting to full fitness slowly.Bad day for smith but great tackle at the end and they did push the offside rule to the max..Was really strange that i never saw byrne( did he play?).I thought nsemba was mom ,closely followed by wardle and marshy. In fact thommo miski and ellis were also great when we needed the yards and what a cameo off mago.He really did change the game and if he runs from deep is our best impact player by a mile.Great win , great comeback and very happy today but reading above im gonna be in a mood once i watch it on tv and listen carney and wilkin show the anti wigan bias

Mixed feelings about this one. Elated with the win. Most players individually actually played quite well but as a team we didn't perform. We only seemed to play in patches, mainly when they were down to 12.
We did well to keep in the fight and took chances when they came when a man up. Hopefully we kick on now and start playing for the 80 and find some sort of cohesion because we didn't look like a champion team for most of the game.

I would love the Sky commentators to explain why they use everyone’s surname in commentary but refer to Lewis as “Mikey Lewis”.
What a silly name anyway. My wife said he sounds like he must be about 8 years old

.

I'm not sure what you're watching. We broke them at will on the edges with 13 and 12. Another day we get 40 from that match.
TBH if I had a quibble it was the normally excellent outside backs and Field not finishing their opportunities. Something we usually excel at.

He didn’t and it’s very strange.
I can understand it if it’s a young player or a pivot position but a prop forward with Byrnes experience, he clearly isn’t trusted and Matty Peet must not think he’s good enough.
You’d expect him to be looking for a club like Salford or Leigh in search of more minutes.

Byrne didn't get on, strange decision to have him on the bench and not play him.
Would have been better with Walters on the bench, but admittedly he hasn't been the world beater that I thought he would be.
He needs to look at the effort Nsemba puts into the games and match that, run harder and be more aggressive.

Too many comments on here about Wigan and only scoring against 12 men.
Hull KR getting two sin bins is completely out of our control.
We will never know how the game would have ended up if they had 13 the whole time. The fact is they didn’t and we took advantage.
There are plenty of teams we have had sin binnings and absorbed the pressure.
With the new rules, cards are more frequent so clubs need to either improve their discipline or learn adapt the game to soak the pressure when down to 12.
