now we're a few days into the diet, has anyone found any good healthy food that they didnt know about before? cos i thought it might be helpful if we told each other about things like low-fat alternatives to crisps, chocolate etc. so we won't be tempted to snack.
i like season's crisps, which are less than 10% fat and are actually better than normal crisps lol. and Fox's have an Officially Low Fat range, which does stuff like cereal bars. the chocolate and orange ones are quite good and only 54 calories per bar.

awww bless lol. i did sit-ups til it hurt today, which i am very proud of lol. im still not into the energetic type of exercise, i like floor exercises though (no comments necessary

we'll have less of that lol. anyway, being in plaster doesnt stop you from doing sit-ups so get to it!

! i think you're using your plaster cast as an excuse haha. just wait til it comes off, we'll want regular updates of your exercise progress lol.

I might Put weight on though cause i use the weights at the gym

no, its not an excuse, it's what's known in the trade as 'boasting' lol only joking. yes, muscle weighs twice as much as fat, BUT you should get lighter before you get heavier because of ALL that cardio-vascular exercise you'll be getting in aswell(look at me with the big words!)

no, its not an excuse, it's what's known in the trade as 'boasting' lol only joking. yes, muscle weighs twice as much as fat, BUT you should get lighter before you get heavier because of ALL that cardio-vascular exercise you'll be getting in aswell(look at me with the big words!)
i do notice the big words and i do bout 1 hour and 20 on Cardio ( see the short Words?)
