If this is the case then he should be at full potential for me at 21!
Really? Full potential at 21? I'll have what you're smoking
I'll name the ones easy for me.
Hanley

Blimey this is hard work!
So it's ok to play Super league at the age of 21 without the full potential to do so. Let me tell you if you have not got the potential at the age of 21 you should be no where near Super League. Halsall has NOW got the full potential to play Super League, his game can improve but his standard is good enough now, hence why he is playing Super League.
How hard can this be, get a grip!!!!

I mean we're replying to you saying full potential at the age of 21....
Not players who have potential and are playing at the age of 21.
How many overall and when was the last 21 year old to win man of steel?
Players don't usually reach full potential till their late 20's or sometimes even early 30's.

I'm not going to repeat myself after this one. HE IS AT FULL POTENTIAL TO PLAY SUPER LEAGUE AND HE CAN IMPROVE. Start reading what someone writes before committing.
End off.

If you're at full potential that means you have reached as good as you are going to get so people are correct to wonder what the hell you are on about

100% agree, full potential is performing at the highest level available with no room to improve, be that be a person or a component. full potential is max performance.

He currently has the ability to play SL, probably. I don’t think he is ready for week in week out in a team hoping to consistently compete for trophies.
I think you seem to be confusing ability with potential.
He I think has the potential to be a starting centre at Wigan but he clearly lacks the ability to be one at the moment.

Spot on.
Of course Peet could play him every week and he absolutely nails it. But it also might be too much to soon and could be detrimental in the long term.
There isn’t a right or wrong way of doing things and the world isn’t black and white, Peet just has to manage things as he sees them.
I still think the biggest issue is the lack of good quality competition to prep players for Super league.
