ot Diet starts monday

yes, i do see the small words lol. after your 1 hour 20 of cardio, on the way home, do you stop at the shop for some crisps as a 'reward'? lol i used to do that when i attempted going to the gym. i've been at rosemary conley's for about 9 months now though and i'm coming up to losing my second stone. i can show off too lol.

Crisp No Not me mate... It is tempting when i pass KFC on the way home, 2 Chippys and 5 shops I usally go the other way round

well i used to go to wigan baths' gym, and with me living in whelley, i passed scholes precinct on the way home, along with whelley chippy, the row of shops near whelley chippy, but i turn off down my street before you come to spar lol.

no lol i live further down than windsors, past whelley chippy and the tanning shop lol. apparently though windsors have got jobs going, i might apply with it being so close.
