It may well be in line with trad roots but it will also mean an unelectable party hence a one party state and Little England!
You keep wishing and I'll keep saying, you voted on a whim for a pack of lies!
That's democracy in case you hadn't noticed?

Corbyn's future may depend on the court case next week.
A wealthy Labour sponsor has gone to the High Court seeking a hearing against Labour's NEC for including Corbyn on the ballot paper without 51 MP's or MEP's backing him.
This sponsor wants a ruling that he must have the 51 as it is in the Labour Party rules.
The court case, I believe, is next week.
If the sponsor wins and Corbyn has to have the 51 then he won't get them. So he can't be in the leadership contest.
End of his leadership of the Labour Party.

Corbyn and the London lunatics are no better than Hatton and his mob were. I wish they would FO and form momentum.
Correct cpwigan, but no different on the other extreme than many of today's Labour MP's Mep's and also Councillors's.
You only have to look at many of the so called Labour Councillors on Wigan Council who are anything but Socialist!
Lord Smith being the Prime example.
Only in it today for the salaries, allowances and expenses at all levels!

The damage Corbyn has done to Labour is,in my view irrepairable, they will never be taken seriously ever again as a party of government.

The rot set in when Blair and his cronies took control of the party and made it it into a second rate Tory party with a obsession of trying to get the middle class vote with the result that many traditional voters no longer vote, myself included.
Now so right of centre that even the SDP is now left of the Labour Party of today.

Corbyn will not win because this time they are not allowing people to vote on the payment of £3.00.
Irrespective of that, where is the democracy of only allowing candidates to be put on a ballot form on the say so of Labour MP's and MEP's, plus now it would appear also on the agreement of rich sponsors.
Yes, the Labour Party is in a mess and it is not all the fault of the rank and file membership.
No different on the other extreme than the Militant Tendency of a few years ago and which led to the formation of the SDP which now finds itself left of the present Labour Party.
And what makes anyone think that Smith is going to be any better?

im sorry, but id have to disagree, i didnt vote for Corbyn and although i like some of his view i disagree with a fair few as well, however Voters put him in power its the other MPs inability to listen to their Constituents that has caused the damaged, a prime a example is Angela Eagles constituency supporting Corybn which she ignored.

And why in my eyes we do not have a democracy in this country, I was bought up to believe any MP had an obligation to represent the majority view of his constituency. I found out personnaly to my dismay a few years ago, they are more interested in following the party line or their own views to advance their own careers. Hence different politicians being put up in various constituencies, with no affiliation to the electorate living there, purely to advance the party line.
