Competition for first team places isn't a bad thing, especially for younger players. Why would you just give up in this instance?buttmonkey2 wrote: ↑Sun Nov 14, 2021 12:26 pmWell I'm guessing that means McDonnell and/or Pearce-Paul are likely to be moving on then. Why hang around?Charriots Offiah wrote: ↑Sun Nov 14, 2021 12:54 amWell Dave you are going to be disappointed because Willie has signed a long-term deal.

We have all seen how easy it is to burn out a young player by playing them to much to early.
These are two reasons not to trust people.
1. We don't know them.
2. We do know them.

As witnessed the last couple of seasons, the young lads played into the ground was one of the main gripes from me last season, look at Smith it was perverse to keep playing him the way they did,but of course no cover for him utter madnessCaboosegg wrote: ↑Mon Nov 15, 2021 8:15 amSquad rotation, injury cover, reserves.Blackpool_Pie wrote: ↑Mon Nov 15, 2021 5:49 amCompetition for first team places isn't a bad thing, especially for younger players. Back on topic, I think Cade will be a terrific acquisition. I am going to back him for MoS.
