Make a new rule along the lines of only 50% of home grown players salaries count against the cap.
- Keeps more young players in Super League rather than NRL
- Makes it harder for clubs like Warrington to raid other clubs youngsters
- Encourages clubs to strengthen their youth development systems
- Frees up more cap space for quality overseas players rather than journeymen

With the first gradings coming out in the coming months Wakefield will find themselves in a position where if they don’t win up big time they’ll be replaced by a one of a few champ clubs
