One of those games where you just have to say every player played for the team.
Harry Smith was brilliant, just superb throughout, nothing spectacular when we went down which slowed the game down. So smart.
Havard, massive effort and a very long stint.
Byrne and Shorrocks I also thought put everything on the line.
Love this team!
I honestly thought it worked in our favour having the man sent off.He gave us quite a few calls after that
Your kidding ye I must have been to a different game. Only for video ref we were gone. As for game they where fantastic to a man but I have to say I am made up for Smith that kick from touch line with all pressure he has been under was poetry to watch go over was confident boost he needed. Well done lad.

Well done to everyone but how did Singleton get away with only doing 45 minutes in a 12 match team
.
He did a lot less than 45 minutes.

Byrne and Hill were swapping throughout and with Ellis off, the way you give Singleton is by giving Havard less minutes….

Smith and Shorrocks where brill
Thought Smiths Kicking was immense today . It certainly did what it was meant to do . Great effort from all and French s defence at Standoff was fantastic
French defence and tackling immense today, less so going forward but a good all round game.
Field not yet fit and reluctant to really cut loose, that will come.
Havard, best one the pitch by a country mile.
Smith, very steady and his place kicking won us the game!!! Also, good inputs from both centres after a few shonky games
.
Agree with all of that. Also think Miski is becoming un-droppable.

Thought Liam Moore had a really good game overall.

Blimey I must have been at different game. Doesn't know what offside means. There's only kendal worse than him for wigan saying he is poor is being kind

I could have sworn Singleton only did about 5 minutes. Havard seemed to come off after around 60 minutes and Singleton came on, and then I'm sure Smithies was back on at around 65 minutes for Singleton.

Obviously the right call though. I thought Hill had a really good spell and showed why he was introduced before Singleton.

Heroic performance of the Wigan players & its time we off loaded the 3 oversea players apart from French and Field who were superb in defence today. If they give Cade Cust another contract it will show the standard we are happy with and if so frightening .

We should all have a whip round to send Cade Ellis back on the first plane to Aus & were was our 3 minute other import today , he must be injured getting out of bed what a waste of good money .

Great effort be everybody except Ellis today, well done lads. Felt sick when Ellis sent off but fortunately the players are a lot tougher than me. Just checked on the tv and Ellis had to go but it wasn't that bad so hopefully we won't get too many weeks on his ban. Both of the late wire 'tries' we correctly ruled out so they've no excuses. They were very poor but much of that must have been due to our efforts. Smith showed again why we must keep faith with him, he controlled the game. Havard was amazing, his best game so far. Great effort by Hill too, as a young prop, he shouldn't really be expected to step up in such a big game but he did. Not been this proud of them since we beat wire last time. It looks like Cust will be back up hooker for a few weeks now as I've just seen that Powell is injured. O'Neil and Cust have their chance to seal their places for the rest of the season.
