found this posted on the bbc website. I agree that it must be dificult on the players over the easter period but it is there for the fans and without us there is no professional rugby.

ALSO leeds had the best easter schedule than anyone, thursday night then tuesday night, that was more than any other team as most clubs had to play friday-monday. whinging aussie!!!!

Just because they lost... had a day longer rest plus 1 man advantage for 25% of the match.

I don't think thats true as such...He's right in saying that the schedule for all teams is tough, its bound to take alot out of you though.

It does sound like he's making excuses for his team though. But they don't work when we played out of our skins even with only 3-4 days rest.

it must be hard on them BUT, it's a test of fitness and survival really. i personally love the easter period because we get those 2 weeks of 4 games and it is jsut awesome.

Yeah, its the best period of the regular season for me, probably only second to abattle to get into the playoffs or 1st spot towards the end of the season.
