Taken from www.skysports.com/rugbyleague:
Bradford coach Steve McNamara is happy for Steve Ganson and Ashley Klein to take charge of future matches involving the Bulls despite last Sunday's events at the Millennium Stadium.
Both officials have been dropped for this weekend's Challenge Cup ties following their mistakes that denied Bradford a deserved victory in their Super League derby against Leeds in Cardiff.
Referee Ganson has apologised for wrongly awarding the match-winning try to Leeds substitute Jordan Tansey, while video referee Klein admitted that he was in the wrong to intervene in the build-up to the last-minute penalty which led to that try.
But after meeting with both officials and referees controller Stuart Cummings in Leeds, McNamara said:
"I am satisfied with the outcome of the meeting and we at the Bulls are completely happy to have either Steve Ganson or Ashley Klein officiating at Bulls games in future.
"In my opinion, it is in the best interests of the game to have the best referees officiating in the engage Super League and not sitting on the sidelines.
"I also apologised to Steve Ganson for comments I made following the game regarding the awarding of the penalty against our team as I have since discovered that he played no part in that decision."
So he should apologise as well. I know Ganson/Klein both made joe cockers at the Millenium weekend, but I STILL think that these two are two VERY good, VERY qualified, and VERY experienced referees.
