Warriors "Hitting the Pitch" Music

My husband wants to know what the music is called that plays at home when the team come onto the pitch. Can anyone tell me?
Most of this season it was 'Now We Are Free' by Dreamgate, a remix of the Gladiator soundtrack. Last season it was 'Conquest of Paradise' by Vangelis.
