They have this stupid rule at 6-6 in grand slams for the final set and they have to go on until someone has won by two clear games.

why does everyone become tennis fans for two weeks when the rest of the year no one gives 2 ***** about it. plus as a country we're pretty cr*p at it

for you info waterside, i follow tennis throughout the year but have never come across such ruling as that before.

i don't particularly like tennis. i can watch it for about 5 minutes and then it just gets boring. i do think that we have a better chance with Andy Murray playing but considering his injury which leaves us with Tim Hennman, i think are chances of winning anything are pretty slim

I keep a watch on women's tennis all through the year. I'm particularly looking out for Ana Ivanovic at the moment. Don't know if she's any good, mind!

Anyone who had only been watching rugby for the cheerleaders will surely have been permanently cured of that from watching those two groups of college kids "dancing" a few weeks ago! Cheerleaders have never done much for me, but I always had a thing for tennis players, Annabel Croft and Gabriella Sabatini... :inlo: :lol1:
