All Golds Test Match

How stupid are the RFL.
The All Golds played the first ever test match at Headingley. So common sense says you respect history by playing the match to commemorate that event at the same venue. What do the RFL do? Opt for Warrington
Moreover, what does it say about the RFLs ambition. A major event and they opt for a 13,000 stadium instead of Headlingley. Moreover, a Wembley test match would not have gone amiss either.
