This is a ridiculous question. How old is older? No-one can argue that Billy Boston was one of the greatest players and he's older than most now! Simple fact, the under 16's would not be able to get to the Grand Final, and unless you're Bratfud with a team of 20stone pensioners who just knock everyone over then a team of 40 year olds wouldn't win anything either.
