Points deduction could make the season more entertaining

While the first half of last year was a car crash, our survival mission was as thrilling in some ways as Mission Impossible all those years ago.
I cannot see us winning the League, but a 12 point deduction could make the rest of the season very interesting indeed for us, as we would again have must win games every week.
I don't want this to happen, of course, but we could get the Great Escape t-shirts out again...

It's only entertaining if we survive; otherwise it's a disaster

i find this ridiculous Dorice and whelan and all the accountants have gone over the salary cap and the players have to make up for it in points

if they'd had done their job last season, we wouldn't have been in the position we were in, and wouldn't have needed to recruit dobbo, fielden etc. if the players would have banged heads earlier and won a few games, we wouldn't have needed tor ecruit tog et out of the huge hole we were in :conf:

I agree!
I hope we don't have ANY points deducted at all!
I had no nails left after last season, i don't want to go through that again.
And i don't fancy watching NL1 next year, with some of the lads attitudes at the minute, we might not even survive another 'Great Escape' :conf:

i agree but i think that if any points are deducted it will be 4 no more
as i have heard ( but dont quote me on these ) apparently fielden and dobbo ( well stuart deffinately ) were told they were allowed to sign as the RFL had our records infront of them when the contract came to be signed i may be mistaken with dobbo though
also i have heard on the greatvine that it has some thing to do with rads and farrell and the RFL paid them when they were approached by union 10 or 11 years ago and when rads came back there was something that wenton in thr RFL so we can only wait and see but i dont think we will get many more than 4 points iff that deducted we might win our case

fingers crossed everyone

we've done the rock-bottom-exciting-get-behind-team-loyal-fan thing last year... would rather see wigan in the play offs tbh than have a heart attack aged 22 whilst losing a last minute try against KR away to send us down
