You expect it and keep trying to convince yourself otherwise. I hate the cap and it is taking RFL backwards. In 1990 we were minutes away from an ashes victory. We were getting close until the advent of SL and the cap. Now we are 3rd best. Still, ML and DW should learn to hide their overpayments. Plenty of clubs get away with it. Warrington certainly do.
