Help required please

I've not bbeen on the site for a bit, is there anyway I can find my previous posts please?
I've added a couple of new links to the message baord page: "Show Only My Threads" and "Show All Threads". If you hit the first, you will only see threads that you have posted on. If you hit the second you will see everything as usual.
This can be improved drastically. If anyone has any ideas how to make this more user friendly, please do let me know.
