Just wondering.
A few years back, lots of soap stars, celebs and sportsmen were on an advert saying only the team they support, nothing else.
Just wondering if nyone knows which famous people follow Wigan?
Phil Taylor was scheduled to appear at the JJB last season, is he a Warrior?

Saw on sky sports news a while ago when Shaun Edwards was on summerising on the kick and clap game and Ronnie Irani was on with the cricket.
Ronnie Irani was saying how he used to stand at Central Park watching the games.

Add to that list:
Bobby Charlton, Martin Edwards and, from a completely different sphere, the late Roy Kinnear (whose Dad used to play for us of course). Someone told me Colin Welland - but I always had him down as a Wire fan. In the past I've also seen Bill Beaumont and Les Dawson at Central Park, though the latter was definitely a Saints fan and the former ... well, the less said.
One of my favourite TV moments was when Ian McKellan (Gandalf, for those unsure) was interviewed a couple of years ago by Granada or someone. They caught him on a film-set between takes, and asked him if a Wigan lad like him felt proud to finally see his football club in the Premiership. His reply was something along these lines: "When I lived in Wigan as a boy, there was only one sport - rugby league - and as far as I'm concerned, that hasn't changed."
What a guy!
