... by beating st helens before the cup final?

as much as I love to see the saints getting stuffed, I would prefer to see the 21-0 scoreline in the final. Maybe Catalans should have let saints put 50 on them in this (meaningless) fixture and lull them into a false sense of security - then pounce in the final?

I cannot see the Stains falling for that trick. Shame really.

I will be amazed if Saints let this happen twice. We can only hope but I doubt it

Saints rested one or two and of course get Pryce back for the final. The one plus for Cats is that they can literally not try for umpteen matches and just play properly when they feel like it being exempt from relegation.

Exactly what happened last season with Saints in the final, went to france with a weakened team...

Good results for Les Cats BUT I feel St Helens will hammer them in the second half of the final.
