It also says that one of his first moves could be to bring in Chev Walker.

Dont really need evidence for Alker as its in nearly every paper and its also in League Weekly who always get the scoops, 9 times out of 10 they are right.
We are strongly linked with Fitzpatrick,Alker,Coley and bloody Hodgeson according to everywear and everyone. Walker is also a strong link.
Micky Higham has also said that we were close to signing Coley and Fitzpatrick.
Regardles of what people are saying we dont need this player and we dont need that player as we have enough in that position we are getting them, The fact of the matter is that because Salford have been relagated NONE of the players can demand a high wage.
So Wigan get them on the cheap.
Fa'fili has gone to the Quins he would have been ideal for Wigan and hes at the right age but Wigan have no ambition.

Because like we always do wewith the good youg lads will end up letting yong M MC leave then it will come back and bite us on the ass.

Who would you sooner have Millard or Alker? I for one would welcome Alker and Korky and thats all from Salford.
I dont know why we want 4 hookers but im thinking Millard will be off loaded.
So we will have 3 and Alker can also play scrum half which he did when Robinson was injured and he also had a few games there for Leigh, So there will be competition for places at hooker and scrum half also whoever the opposition is we could change our tactics and more options.
He is also the leading Tackler in Super League for last season can you imagine Alker and Lockers on the same pitch Wigan would only need bloody 2 players in defence through the middle, This would keep the props fresh and we might get more game time from Feka.
