Are we the only club to play Saint Helens four times this year?

Not sure on this one,I've not got a complete fixture list but I think we are. Given the gap between the sides over the last three seasons we should be playing teams outside the top six four times ,these fixtures don't make sense :conf: :doz: :sly:

its an RFL scam HKR have to play Hull 4 times wigan v stains 4times bradford leeds 4 times, wire v salford 4 times harlequins V cat 4 times,wakey V huddersfield 4 times. Just so they can make money from the big games!

this is one of my big bug bears.....how can it be considered a fair league competition when the teams don't play each other the same number of times???????
Add to more teams and just play each other once at home and once away.

we need 14 teams in the league play each other twice and scrap cardif ,how else can we play on a equal playing field

Agreed. The extra fixtures in a normal season were bad enough but then to go and add one at Cardiff is ridiculous.
At the very least the Cardiff fixtures should be drawn out of a hat.
They could actually make something of that thinking about it. A bit of an event but whatever no one would have wanted to play us four times in the 80- and 90s so why we have to put up with playing the current top side four times I don't know.

The problem is the chairmen of the big 4 (in terms of derbies) would vote against fairness and in favour of sellout crowds!
