1) he saves us from relegation and gets us to the play-offs in his first full season; despite a points deduction; plus he engineers an awesome victory against our most hated rivals at our last home game and he is "crap" - you can't please some people

2) We've got a credit for next season; have been 2 players short this season - and you think that we will cop the maximum penalty - optimistic!

3) He said over here - he didn't say "for Wigan in 2008". Brisbane are unlikely to release him for anything short of a King's ransom before his contract expires

4) Unless there is an unknown clause in his contract then he can't. Anyway; why would he want to? Where is he going to go?

The only rumours I got told last night were

Some rumours are not worth even a thought as they are pure fantasy. This looks like one. I heard the opposite thats why I am responding to this stupidity. An extension to Nobbies contract is in the offing to stabalise the coaching position. This in turn will stop the revolving door like comments that have been made in the past about the coches office.Nobby has stopped the club from relagation and if you can clear your mind of the four point deduction we are the fourth club in the league this season My source is a sports correspondent from the Telegraph and part time commentator off Sky Sports
