engage Super League XII breaks records
Sunday 16th September 2007
engage Super League XII has been the best supported season in the history of the competition - attracting an average weekly attendance of over 10,000 per game for the first time ever.

Just to break that down for individual clubs, here's a "league table" based on percentage change in attendance against last year (not including HKR)
1. Hull +34% (mainly due to the HKR derby sellouts)
2. Catalans +25% (well done to them!)
3. Wakefield +24%
4. Huddersfield +20%
5. Leeds +12%
6. Wigan +11%
7. Salford +8%
8. Bradford +7%
9. Warrington +1%
Only two teams have reduced their attendances:
10. Saints -10%
11. Quins -30%
...and I've got far too much time on my hands!

if those stats are correct then how on earth can stains earn 10%less on fans comming in and still keep those players.

Do Stains get money for Challenge cup final and Grand final? If so I can see that being a large revenue.

how do you pay your playrs because its not funded by gate receipts and if i remember right your major sponsor went bust,how on"EARTH" do u do it

YES Mike Binder you are correct in thinking the sponsor ship went bust this year, or was it last year? or the year before, or the year before that even?
Shall I remind you of a "few" sponsor ship dealers whom have gone bust since sponsoring a certain rugby team..…Hear goes...
1) Caledonia
2) St.Helens Glass
3) Commodore
4) All sports

Weren't St Helens themselves massively in debt a few years ago? What happened there?
