Just search in google Lenagan signings and i think you will find he says NO new signings or limited resources we will struggle to sign any1. I picked the first one out of google!

we have 140k left that is enough to buy a decent centre if not why not buy a cheaper centre on a 1 yr deal then release him in 2009 when we have more money
