Until/unless something along those lines is announced by the club, then people are not going to listen.

We've lost DV, Fletch, Withers, Ashton and possibly Millard. Finger in the air calculation suggests a salary saving of £300-£350k for those 5 players.

Coley is likely to be on about 80k.

That leaves £220-270k, in my estimated numbers. IL has mentioned this £140k - why? If we've no money, and it is all being used for deferred payments, then why did he not say £200k instead? The £140k has to reflect something, it cannot reflect the whole amount of deferred payments, therefore the only logical conclusion is that it is money available for players.

Interviews from Noble after the takeover have certainly suggested HE thinks there is a little bit of money still available.
