The SKY commentators "bummed" up scrum half/hooker George Nadeira, and with some justice. He was outstanding on the night. Very dominant after half time, totally outplaying an ineffective Lee Briers in that half.

The understudy centre to Matt Cooper and Mark Gasnier - Frank Samia, looked useful too (although, admittedly against a very poor Welsh Team).

I found it difficult to assess how good they were, as opposed to how bad Wales were. The Welsh defence, especially in the second half, was pathetic.

Lebanon looked a totally different side to the one that drew with the Irish, but how much of that was down to the comparison between the Welsh and Irish defences?

I think the most embarrassing thing as far as Wales are concerned is that most of the Lebanon team are understudies and reserve players. I think the BBC report said there is just one player who is first-choice for his club, against a team boasting the likes of ex-GB player Spotty Harris and ex-GB-nearlyman Briers. Maybe Superleague should be looking to bring in a new team in Beirut rather than Cardiff....!
