Wipe this lot off so we can start a fresh for this season?
just to keep things nice and tidy - I doubt it as though people need to refer back to any old threads.

Just an idea.

as you have witnessed above, never write ANYTHING Contriversial on the site mate! you'll get totally dismissed with no real discussion!

I can't see the point of travel threads that are 12 months out of date - thats all.

Its good to see that you decide this is better than rlfans (less kiddies and a bit od sensible debate) and that people have given this some thought.

Oh well. I will just debate it with the walls and my dog instead. :D

The problem is more on how to delete them.
Perhaps mike can update the programme to delete any threads that have not had a response after a given period of time. I'm sure it would free up much needed memory space.
This site is always evolving (such as having different sections for rumours etc....), so maybe it's next on the wish list.

A bit of discussion and a commonsense answer /solution springs to mind.

I agree with Consigliere. It make no sense to keep dead away day threads. I also think a Sticky thread titled travel/parking tips would be good where vital info about each venue could be added. alternatively that info could be added to the website itself.

Not offending anybody but is it not odd to want to keep 12 month old threads :conf:

There is something like that already on the website, under "Information" there is a section labelled "Directions". I'm not sure how detailed that information is but it's a start, and I'm sure that Mike would be happy for people to update those sections...
