can anyone shed a light on where to stay we have managed to sort flights but never been to catalans so not sure where the hotels are in area of stadium or is it a small place cant wait to go was even thinking of driving down over cple days take in some scenery any ideas welcome

We're thinking about staying at Carcassone and then a couple of nights near Perp.
Nothing booked yet, as might have a chance of a holiday in Malaysia.

Still a fewdecent hotels near Perpignan, I'd recommend somewhere near the beach (4 miles away and a bus ride) being June shouldn't be too* busy.

mayfair is well to expensive to go catalan. we are going with rugger express which is coach and 2 nights hotel for 170 each.

But if you had been quick you could have had everything - from being picked up at the JJB to getting back home - including the match ticket for £135
and thats with three nights right on the beach!

Not a cancellation but just pulled a few strings to get a "special celebrity guest" on to the trip and I may have found room to add a few!

we are making the August game part of our holiday.Three weeks in the south of France with a Wigan game in the middle heaven well better than last year when we sat in the caravan in 100 degree in France watching the challange cup game on sky
