I hope you read this before you go. My brother has been twice and ive been to Vegas.
If its your first time you will need to do your homework on the places you want to visit.
The taxi drivers will ripp you off if you look as though you dont know where your going especially in New York.
It happened to my bro twice, the drivers took him on a 30 minute taxi ride and the destination was only two blocks away.But he had no idea where the place was.
Also when you pay for things they add VAT onto every item you purchase at the cash till e.g price tag $15 at the till it will be $16.50.
Oh and ask the hotel the places you need to avoid walking into.
Look for outlet stores and villages because you can get Levi jeans for £9 yes £9 one of the best jeans you can purchase.
With all that you will have a fantastic time i will promise you, just take loads and loads of memory cards for your camera.
