Faz has also been omitted from the Rugby Union Six Nations squad. But Vainikolo is included

shame that owen joined union insted of league , he was hell of a league player you could tell when he'd been down this season every so often and he played for the pats u16 team , just dominated the pitch , hopefully he'l make a switch to league sometime in his careet , stil hope im al the best

Can you blame him? A chance to see the world, become a national figure and not have to worry about squaring financial ambition with restrictive caps? I'm amazed young lads still come to League at all

used play with owen for pats, sacred heart, and then fisher....

great lad great player who i think can be the best in the world at both codes he has it all....

If you have an alternative be it union or football, League is no longer a viable option for a 16 year old.

I played against him when i was in the under 8s, hes a tough lad, hard to tackle, he never used to like getting tackled but hes proberbly matured now All the best owen

He was an andry young man then Bear, even up to say 12/13. Calmed down now though.

he was still an angry young man when i last played with him cp.....

and that was at end of 15's - early 16's


but either way a fantastic player and good lad....

i wish him all the best, if he can acchieve half of much as his dad then he will have done well.
