Just the way the game goes sometimes.

I read on Teletext that Chev Walker is also struggling with a hamstring strain for the start of the season - he was another linked with Wigan too! Maybe it's better to sign players currently recuperating rather than players that would be overtly trying to make a good impression for their new employers.
