Doesn't really make an awful lot of difference in my mind....he's stil an Aussie no matter what document states otherwise!

-we've got an Australian manager
-we had a somoan (or am i wrong with his origin) playing for us last year
-the football team has an italian coach
-the cricket team's best player is a south african

international sport has very much changed...for the worse in my mind!

We have a lack of nurses, doctors

Rant over.And i shall take a breath.
Sorry you ARE wrong!

We have plenty of people training and currently undergoing training for these jobs, the things is, as it stands, there are NO job vacancies for these people to fill!

They have been taken up by a plethora of foreign nationals employed during the late nineties to boost staffing levels which now are being cut in cost cutting measures.

MY rant over!

And why were they employed in the late 90s? there must have been vacancys then. And i was under the impression that A+E have a massive staff shortage.
Because at that point in history - there WAS a shortage of qualified and experienced staff to fill those vacant positions. :eh:

The A+E departments are short of money (surprisingly). Most gets spent on administrative staff and lucrative wage rises for the "chosen few".

Douglas Adams was right in his novel "The Hitchhikers Guide To The Galaxy", we should send all the useless (but over paid) "middle men" on a giant spaceship to some far away and also useless planet, in an attempt for them to colonise.

mrsa bug is a big scam, similar to the millennium bug and global warming. Designed to extort money out of the "simple" masses.

Around 90% of the population has the mrsa bug or its variant!

Just that it affects the unwell (naturally) most. But it is mainly about money. Easily sorted with a little hygiene, of which most relatives cannot be arsed!
