Hey peeps
Looking for some advise on accommodation for home games. Got a mate who supports Leeds so we have set each other a challenge to arrange a good weekend at our home game. She seems to have booked a lovely hotel for the match at Leeds in April, so I want to top it for our home game against Leeds in August.
I want either a good hotel or b&b, not too far away from the ground or near a good pub.
Come on peeps got any ideas?
:doz:

cheaper the better cause then more beer money to spend but don't want to be sharing with bed bugs.

Don't know about £45 for B&B for the night

Beeches in Standish is nice. Not near the ground but impressive and the Dog & Partridge should be refurbished by then and that is 50 yards away. Plenty in/around Wigan centre. Not sure I would locate somebody in the area close to the JJB.

DeVere Whites hotel or Ramada Jarvis in Bolton (yes bolton, but it's 100metres from Wigan boundary)

lovely hotels but not too much nightlife except Brinsop pub which is for sophistocated people.

Try the Quality Inn, overlooking our old Ground (Tesco) it's in town centre and a 4 minute walk from the world famous Maximes
