2 more bugs just found
1) if you make an edit to a post and preview before submitting, the changes are not registered
2) pressing italics (by mistake) ( maybe also bold etc), manually deleting the tag and pressing submit once completing the post...the closing tag is inserted at the end of the post and shows up as "[/i]"

Mike
If there are a lot of users on the site and you click a thread and it stops downloading and you try to close the site down it continually throws pages at you .You have to go task manager to close the site down.

What is your setup? What is your browser and OS? Can you repeat this, if you can what do you have to do. Has this happened to anyone else?
Re: New Site Live - bugs go he...
Internet explorer and my set up is Vista this has happened to me more than once .Its only when there are a lot of users and the page you are trying to open freezes try to close the browser and then its like a machine gun going off firing the page you have come out off instead of closing it down.

Why is everyone shown as "off line" when clearly they are not?

Seeing as things are quite stable at the moment (although I still have a long list of things to do!) I am going to move this topic from being an annoucement on every forum to the Information and FAQs board as a sticky.
