FINAL WORD ON THE COACH...

I have not been on for a few days, I spent most of last week visiting my Grandma in hospital, after sitting with her through most of Sunday night into Monday morning she finally peacfully passed away. My better half has been in hospital since Monday so i have had much beter things to worry about!
I have just had a quick read through what has been said and two things strike me.

1. There is an awful lot of drivel being put about regarding this.
People are blowing this incident way out of proportion.

2. The language used on here is way out of line.
If people want to be men enough to admit so and appologise feel free.
Otherwise, if you cannot express yourself with out resorting to asterisks and slagging people off, just say nothing.

In reality we had a situation where a good time was spoiled by two or three people.
I feel sorry for Shawcross as he was busy making the apology for them.
He was the first to say they would not be coming with him again.
He is right! But it is only that two or three that are not welcome.

The Redline driver had it wrong when he was going on about them at Quins. That group were on my coach and no trouble what so ever. (save for the fact that two of their mums couldn't find the coach).

I Have NEVER said "you pay like adults drink like adults" - NEVER!
What I do say is "don't think you are telling me you are a child, expecting a cheap seat on a coach, then having a drink as if your an adult!"
If your old enough to be having a drink you are old enough to be charged as an adult.
I just wish i was in charge of all these vouchers people use to get in - I would have the same rules!

People on the coaches paid.
Despite rumours ~ from Christ knows where that we were hundreds of pounds out of pocket!

AT THE END OF THE DAY...
A COUPLE OF PEOPLE STEPPED OVER THE LINE.
THAT IS ALL THAT HAPPENED.

AND I STILL WOULD MUCH RATHER GO BY COACH.
YES SOME PEOPLE PREFER TO GO BY CAR - FOR VARIOUS REASONS.
BUT INCIDENTS LIKE THIS ARE FEW AND FAR BETWEEN AND DESPITE SOME POEPLES EFFORTS TO MAKE MORE OF IT THAN WHAT IT WAS...
THE MATTER IS DEALT WITH.

LETS PUT IT TO BED!
