Do we trust this new ownership ?

Got a hot rumour from a source inside the club, or just something you heard down the pub? Then what are you waiting for, post it on The Rumour Mill.

Many people on this site use the word trust when what they mean
is either a)I don't know whats going on OR b) In my opinion somthing
else needs to be done.
Noble and Ian Mc are both shrewd men. Noble knows all he has to do
this season is improve on last season to keep his job.
IF and its a big IF he wins a trophy he will not only keep the job
he will get a big fat bonus. So its not a question of trust its
a question of results.
Having said all that my money is on Noble getting us at least
one trophy this year

Lennagen`s general idea is to try and level out the players wages.
I very much doubt that it is. Are you seriously suggesting IL expects Fielden to take a similar wage to Prescott?

I have no doubt some players got inflated contracts under the previous regime that are not justified but that doesn't mean that certain players are not worth a high salary. Players like Fielden, P Sculthorpe, Matt King, Barrett, Peacock and others of that level can command top wages wherever they play.

If IL won't pay the sort of wages players like that can command (for those sorts of players) we won't see the likes of them at Wigan and we won't win a thing.
