The same could be said of Trent Barrett whenever we play the stains! :eh:ancientnloyal wrote:Like Sam Burgess, whats the hype? Feka killed him last season and at the JJB, he done nothing noteworthy against Wigan, perhaps its when the Sky cameras are there with Eddie with his pants arounds his ankles like RU commentators with Jonny
Your hypocrisy knows no bounds!!!!!!!cpwigan wrote:I think all such players are excellent prospects however they are hugely over hyped which is totally unfair to the youngsters themselves. even their teams seem to want them to pull rabbits out of hats. No wonder Burgess dropped a few yesterday after they expected him to waltz onto flat passes through international class forwards. It is not going to happen. Eventually, the expectations turns far too readily to criticism. I can see it at Wigan with Goulding which is a disgrace.
:eusa2: And the constant "raving" of the over-rated Joel Tompkins is also becoming very boring - he couldn't knock the skin of a rice pudding!Doveoverdave wrote:Your hypocrisy knows no bounds!!!!!!!cpwigan wrote:I think all such players are excellent prospects however they are hugely over hyped which is totally unfair to the youngsters themselves. even their teams seem to want them to pull rabbits out of hats. Of all the posters on here it is you that is constantly building/hyping up the youngsters. No matter how poor some of the first team players are it is professional suicide to replace them with the kids - like you say you would like to do every week.
