this can only be good for the game as KR is dump. Iwonder how they are gonna fill it?

The "decisions" are obscurely administered in order to not affect this club - purposely done in order to guarantee a sub-standard club a SL franchise!
If they are not deemed not to be "major" breachers of the salary cap - then Wigan, who were only charged with "breaking the spirit of the cap" last season, cannot be deducted points either.
