How convenient that he won't miss CC semi!!!Nick Scruton has been handed a three-match ban after being sent off for a "spear" tackle during his side's 26-12 defeat by St Helens.
Scruton was found guilty of a dangerous throw on Saints hooker Keiron Cunningham when he appeared in front of the Rugby Football League's disciplinary committee and also handed a £300 fine.
He will miss the next three matches, starting with Castleford at Headingley Carnegie on Saturday, but will be available for the Carnegie Challenge Cup semi-final against St Helens on July 26.

SCRUTON GETS THREE GAME BAN
Anyone can support a team when it is winning, that takes no courage.
But to stand behind a team, to defend a team when it is down and really needs you,
that takes a lot of courage. #18thMan

Isn't he one of Leeds' "out-of-contract" players at the end of the season?
