Chambers out of olympics

Correct decission. his inclussion would have been a farse. Why should a cheet prosper at the expense o a clean athlete? HC

I agree although have sympathy for his case because several other athletes from other countries who have failed drugs test and served out bans will be taking part in Beijing :conf:

If every country imposed a lifetime ban from the olympics then I would say great but whilst everybody else apart from 1 other country only applies a 2 year ban then I have some sympathy.

Have we just taken the "moral high-ground" regarding failing of drug tests?
We can "hold our head up high" that none of our losing athletes are cheats.

You must have "loved" Frank Bruno, Tim Henman, Justin Rose etc etc.
BTW, I am not convinced that
any athletes are totally clean, or even contemplated performance enhancing drugs.
Not saying its right, just let them all get themselves "drugged up" and get on with the real events. Which is what has been happening in the Olympics for over 30 years now!!
