We got B and how on earth Wire got an A is totally beyond me.
WARRINGTON WOLVES
The club plays in a quality new stadium which in all but one or two aspects is excellent. Further ground improvements are planned and although financial projections are challenging, the club has a good record in this area. The club has strong sponsorship packages and a good commercial plan. The club has performed reasonably well in Super League and has invested well in its playing infrastructure and now needs to start contesting major finals and semi-finals. At this stage it is not yet developing Club Trained internationals.
All the bits on bold are negatives and I think the "financial projections being challenging" is code for "you are making it up" but really how can a such a long established club that has yet to develop club trained internationals ever get an A for that reason alone?

What an earth a salary cap breach has to do with a franchise application is beyond me.
Did not Saints break the cap rules?
There ought to be more emphasis on facilities so that the sporting public don't have to put up with Saints, Cas, Wakey, Salford, HKR and now Celtic.
Half the games played in Victorian dilapadated sheds.
A huge backward step to ignore facilities ALREADY in place at Widnes, Leigh, Doncaster, Halifax(?)Etc.
