More chance of winning the lottery, they have shown their true colours, 5 games left, how many do you think they will win?centralparkwemb ley wrote:I think its time for the players to practice what they preach!
True, Matthew. But on the flip side of the coin most of us aren't naive enough to not realise that this is all PR work. They have to be seen to be doing something and telling the press that they are training really well is probably one of the only ways of getting a message across, before the game.Matthew wrote:It must have been Goulding's turn to give the public "we really need to get on with the season" speech
I'd prefer to hear how brilliantly they have trained AFTER they beat Hull convincingly. Because these words will mean nothing if we get another hiding
That's what annoys me - with all the PR and media relations that the club does; it is hard to take any of it seriously.Sutty wrote:True, Matthew. I agree that if we don't turn up again on Friday, it will all have been hot air and there will, no doubt, be even more calls for Nobby's head to roll.
We will hammer Hull :eusa10: They will have been celebrating all week, with a 120 mile journey on Friday.Matthew wrote:It must have been Goulding's turn to give the public "we really need to get on with the season" speech

And Humpty Dumpty will have been well and truly broken never to paint the bridge.Doveoverdave wrote:We will hammer Hull :eusa10: They will have been celebrating all week, with a 120 mile journey on Friday.Matthew wrote:It must have been Goulding's turn to give the public "we really need to get on with the season" speech

If we fail here the walls will come tumbling down!
