They are Turf. Saints use a railway station siren/bleeper on theor tannoy system. You can often hear it during the game.

Oh that thing cpwigan, yes I know it is bl**dy annoying that thing, I wish they would get rid of it or ban it from going off by disconnecting it somehow.
