I have never witnessed such a disjointed performance. this squad need replacing from the ground up. Barret, I wouldn't pay him with peanuts

think positive -
cunning plan?

ie;- we finish 6th after saints thrash us in 2 weeks, i think we rather fancy playing the frogs rather than wire in !st week of playoffs, get a bit of momentum from beating them and then go to wire/bradford to snatch a last-minute-er,then goto leeds/saints and er..... thats it.

Back in the real world - top 2 are head+shoulders above the rest at the moment - live with it. :(

Try to keep all the match posts in this thread. Thanks

A reality check I guess.

Naive defensive and attacking systems of play will get taken apart v better standards of opposition.

It is not a case of living with it. The idea is to improve and match/better the best. Headed by Noble we will always play second fiddle.

i reckon the inclusion of Barrett threw the team off myself, he should have started at lock with Smith at 6

Noble played his joker from the off, playing a prop in the back row and hoping to steamroll Leeds. Once that idea was thwarted we had no system of play bar one out running and therein lies the problem.

The decision to move Tommy to hooker compounded the problems. Trent at 13 would have had a similar effect.

Colbon on the wing was a bad decision. We have a young winger who kicks goals, the fastest in the club, especially over short distance. He may have caught Smith on the intercept and certainly would not have been done by grubber kicks. He also scoots very well. Nicky Stanton.

We have an academy winger. He toured with GB. His GB teamate played tonight for Leeds and scored a late try. Our GB player will play for the academy this weekend. Shaun Ainscough.

A young second rower came on and was startled by the headlights like a rabbit. How many games could he have been brought on in. Lee Mossop. Give such players match time and they get better like Joel Tomkins.

Phelps? Would you give him a 3 year contract on what you have seen so far. Tonight was exactly what happened in Aus when he played centre v big centres. HE might make a very good full back but how would we know?

Why do we have our defensive line straight and not move and wait for the opposition to come to us .Difference tonight Leeds where out of the blocks in defense and got among us wheras we stood still and waited for Leeds to come to us line broken and scoring at will.

By order of our esteemed coach. Why do people clap him like lemmings pre match. The guy is clueless.

1 yard forward, stop. Leeds started running across field creating mayhem all because our defensive system defies logic. We turn bad RL into great RL when we are defending.
