Ben Thaler - Again!!!!!!!!

I have just been reading the RLFansite boards from Huddersfield, and their fans are aaying that Thaler caried on from where he left off with us v Wakefield the other week and had ANOTHER shocker for BOTH teams.
In fact, someone on that site said:
I was talking to someone in the players bar who was sat with Silverwood during the game, and Silverwood even said himself Thaler had had a shocker. When a fellow ref says the match official has lost the plot, surely that says something.
I think that from his previous two games, us vs Wakefield and then Giants/Saints today, that Mr Ben Thaler can safely say goodbye to any hopes of refereeing play off games.
Don't you lot agree??

Personally, and if what you say is correct, I would say it says more about Silverwood than Thaler. Sounds like sour grapes to me.
One poor referee trying to score points by slagging off another poor referee!

How do you work that Kittwazzer - it's more about Silverwood than Thaler??
Thaler was the man in the middle with Huddersfield vs Saints??? :conf: :conf: :conf:
Silverwood was the referee in the stands, observing Thaler.
PS: What do you think Kitwazzer, does Thaler deserve a play off match given his last two displays???
I don't!!!!

Turf.
My point was that if the comments attributed to Silverwood regarding a fellow referee were correct, then it shows a distinct lack of professionalism on his part.

I thought there had to be a referee in the stands observing the man in the middle's performance and making notes??? :conf: :conf:

Possibly. But he should not be discussing his notes with the man sat next to him with a pie and a pint of John Smith's!!

But referee's are human too, and do talk to fans in private when questioned. Hence Ganson's remarks about Klown being a good "children's entertainer" and Ian Smith's remark that Wigan are the "worst side in Super League for giving penalties away on the last tackle, Higham and Bailey the worst culprits for it"

Thaler's video ref decision to disallow a blatantly decent try in yesterdays bulls kr match.
He's obviously been infected by ganson, klown et all...

I think the officials were poor yesterday with Bradford vs Hull KR, especially the VR.
What WAS he playing at?!?!?!
