stadium affairs?

Post by ferreira »

does the new license state you haft to have an all seated stadium? if so warrington doesn't; reason i brough it up was because just reading about wakefield stadium it confused me thats all.. does any one else think stand up stands make for more atmosphere? because in jjb soon as you start singing you stand up then the stewards say sit down :S maybe a stadium with the stand up stand with it! but not silly price comparisons between the two.. share ideas please :)

The problem is that soccer stadia have to be all seated, so any club, like us, that shares with a football club, has to be all-seater. Stadia that are just for rugby are allowed standing areas.

Personally, yes, I prefer to stand - but I travel with my mum, who's too old now to stand up all that time, so we always go for seats nowadays.

thats a fair enough comment i mean.. not saying women don't get riled up but mostly its men who like to stand up banging the drums and cheering so this would be for seated and sitting down.. also i like big stadiums who doesn't but doesn't it sound so much better when stadiums are closer and more cramped in like knowsley road always a good atmosphere
