All three Henderson brothers are set to play together for the first time when Scotland kick off their World Cup campaign against France in Canberra on Sunday.
Hooker Ian, 25, who used to play for Bradford but is now with New Zealand Warriors, and Wakefield centre Kevin, 27, are in coach Steve McCormack's starting line-up while Castleford hooker or half-back Andrew, 29, is on the bench.
"I made my debut for Scotland in 2003 and have always wanted Kevin and Ian to come on board," said Andrew.
The Hendersons, who were born in Torquay and have a Glasgow-born father, are the second set of three brothers involved in the World Cup.
Eddie, Mickey and Lopini Paea are all in Tonga's squad, while the Walters brothers - Kevin, Steve and Kerrod - represented Australia during the Kangaroos' tour of England in 1992.
Ian Henderson is one of four Australian-based players in a Scottish line-up that also contains seven Super League representatives.
France have included nine current and three former Catalans Dragons players in their team, including three-quarters Justin Murphy and John Wilson, who qualify through residence.
"We've got a good, big pack and they're very mobile," said France coach John Monie.
"You need to be able to take your opportunities and we've got the players that can do this. The halves are smart and they will control the play and take our chances when they come up."
Second-row forward Eric Anselme, who spent much of the 2008 season on loan to Leeds, said: "All the French players have been dreaming about playing in Australia.
"We know it's the land of rugby league so it's very exciting for the players playing in the French domestic competition."

FAMILY AFFAIR FOR SCOTLAND - team news
Anyone can support a team when it is winning, that takes no courage.
But to stand behind a team, to defend a team when it is down and really needs you,
that takes a lot of courage. #18thMan
